This branch updates the .desktop file to explicitly start Icedove with the wrapper script from the GNOME menu.

Looks good to me, except:

• all our hooks have set -e, please make this one consistent with the others
• it would be nice to have an echo "What I'm doing" just like our other scripts

I realize the reviewer/tester can do this trivially, and reassigning to kytv is mostly overhead. The only reason I’m doing it is as part of our Great Skill Sharing Plan, so that kytv learns about what’s expected and is given a chance to do better next time :)
