corrected and tested this time.

  • Renamed the pages on top, adjusted stuff accordingly in the feature/jessie and tails/jessie branches of the installer git repo, please merge these changes next time you do a new upstream release or package :)
  • Merged into feature/jessie, and there removed all obsolete references to liveusb-creator.
