  • I didn’t write the list of security fixes in security/Numerous_security_holes_in_1.7.mdwn. Tell me if you think I should be the one to do so.
  • I didn’t write much more that what was already in the Changelog regarding Electrum. Mea culpa for lunching out on this. I thought is was ok to give me room for failure this time and I’ll catch up with this later.

Yes, we need:

echo '{"auto_connect": true, "proxy": "socks5:localhost:9050"}' > ~/.electrum/config


We should add this to the 1.8.1 release notes.
