Description

There are a lot of sellers who sell Tails shipped on preinstalled devices (CD, USB keys, …). It’s not really a good practice.
We should add a warning on the download page and link it to the FAQ. https://tails.boum.org/support/faq#index11h2

if she is on the download page, it seems to me that the user wants to download the iso… I think that the FAQ and https://tails.boum.org/doc/about/warning/ are pretty clear about why it is a bad idea to use a preinstalled device, so why putting it anywhere else ?

In my opinion, the real solution is to make easy every time easier to install Tails so we run these resellers out of business. Until then, I think that the FAQ is enough.

If someone comes up with an intersting place to link to the FAQ from the upcoming Installation Assistant, I’d be happy to consider it. But as goupille pointed out if people are already in the process of downloading and installing it might be too late for that message already.
