Signed by one of the new subkeys and ideally one of the old subkeys.

That’s just to make sure that this is still the case in Tails 1.8 though it looks like we’ll inherit this from Feature #10016.

We realized that we could just extend the existing signing keys’ expiry, which simplifies this a lot. => rejecting.
